AllWebID Identity Manager works with websites that have integrated AllWebID multi-factor identity authentication service to make their login process more secure. AllWebID uses fingerprint sensors that are embedded in the Apple devices to verify the identity of the user. AllWebID never accesses or uses the fingerprint image. The fingerprint template is securely stored on the iPhones and iPads. Passwords combined with fingerprint based authentication is the most secure and accurate means of protecting your online data. Note: This app will only work with iOS devices that have embedded fingerprint sensors. The devices include iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Mini 2, iPad Air 2. AllWebID app can be used for on-device identity authentication when a website is accessed on the same iOS device. It can also be used for out-of-band identity authentication when the website is accessed on a different device running any operating system (Windows, Mac, Android etc.). The app is very simple to use. You would need to link your device with your web account when the first time you use it.
